Payment

Payment may be due before data is rendered unless there is an established credit account. Siratech will supply the new customer with a Customer Contact form to gather the information required for a new account. Siratech accepts call-in payment with Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Contact us for account information if paying by bank transfer. Payment by check is acceptable but checks may have to clear before results are released to new clients.

All new and international clients will receive a Paypal payment button emailed when analytical report is ready for download. Paypal is a safe, flexible method for credit card payment and does not require a Paypal account. The report is ready for immediate download once payment is made.

All prices listed apply to natural abundance samples received in a ready-to-run condition. That is, samples should not require extensive mixing, grinding, extraction, distillation or other extraordinary preparation measures prior to analysis. Any required sample preparation must be discussed before samples are shipped and may incur separate charges. If unsure of sample acceptability, please contact us for further information.

Projects requiring extra documentation and/or handling will incur charges. Discuss the details with us before sending samples. Expedited analyses normally incur a 50% additional charge.
